How long does a custom barn take to build?
Typical lead time is 6–10 weeks from quote acceptance to delivery, depending on the season and complexity. We schedule delivery once the build is complete and your pad is ready.
Do you finance custom barns?

How far do you deliver?
Free delivery within 30 miles of our lot in White Post, VA — that covers most of the Shenandoah Valley and the Winchester / Front Royal / Berryville area. Affordable per-mile rates apply beyond that radius; we deliver throughout Virginia and West Virginia.
What foundation do I need?
Custom barns require a level pad — gravel or concrete depending on size. We provide excavation and pad-prep services and can walk you through what's needed for your site. For any building over 10 feet wide, a prepared pad is required.
Can I customize doors, roof, and siding?
Yes — every barn is custom-built. Siding choices include board & batten, T1-11 Smartboard, or vinyl. Roof options include architectural shingles and metal. Doors can include sliding barn doors, carriage doors, walk-through doors, and dutch doors. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll quote it.
